House and Garden

Ana Mari Bull Landscape & Garden Design

Designers of RHS Award winning gardens, Ana Mari Bull Landscape & Garden Design offer a comprehensive garden design and horticultural consultancy. Central to our work is the ability to identify and draw out the essence of a site. We pride ourselves on being able to respond to the unique quality and spirit of every location, to ensure that our designs are in harmony with the architecture and character of the landscape.

Embracing both contemporary and traditional design styles we work closely with our clients to ensure their requirements are fully realised from the initial brief to the completed work.

We believe in collaboration and so welcome every opportunity to work with architects, interior designers, and craftsmen to ensure each project has a strong visual connection between the interior and exterior spaces.

Based in Oxfordshire, we have worked on a variety of large and small projects in London, the home counties, and internationally.

Our services include full design concepts, project administration, planting plans and plant sourcing, garden styling and 3D models. We can also provide landscape designs to support planning applications for both private and commercial clients.

Our work has been featured on Channel 4’s Grand Designs.

Fushia Design

Fushia Designs have over 20 years experience of creating beautiful home interiors, helping owners sell quickly and maximize their sale price. We operate throughout Oxfordshire and southern England.

We work with a variety of clients, for our builders and developers, we create aspirational show homes that reflect the quality of their build. The furniture and accessories are supplied on either a purchase or hire basis, but we also have a ‘virtual’ furniture staging service, which is particularly useful for empty properties and is a very cost effective styling solution.

We also work with homeowners who are up-sizing with a growing family, downsizing because of an empty nest or selling the parental home. Finally, we supply and install furniture for landlords, holiday lets and Air B&Bs, with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of style.

If you’d like a chat about your property, give us a call. We’ll get you moving.

Henley Decorators

Rebecca Jones launched Henley Decorators in 2011, after 15 years’ working on property renovation projects in and around London. With an arts degree and experience working in national, international and small business environments, Rebecca has an eye for the detail and believes passionately in providing the very best customer experience: efficient, intelligent, a minimal presence and top-notch work.

The Henley Decorator ethos i.e. excellent painting and a conscientious crew, seems to have struck a chord with local residents. Our reputation has spread by word of mouth and as a result we have doubled in size in the past year, and became Ltd in March 2015. The crew are valued and are happy at work – and that makes our clients happy too.

Honeys of Henley

We have eight apiaries in and around Henley (from small beginnings of three hives in a client’s town garden, we now manage 140 plus hives). Nigel and I are commercial bee farmers, and yet stick to a traditional approach of processing – we process the honey in small batches, so we can tell you which apiary and hive produced your jar. This small batch processing allows us to bring distinctly different honeys to our customers.

In peak season we offer cut comb honey, manufacture Beeswax wraps and sell wholesale.

We sell at local markets, primarily Henley Farmers and through local shops. You can also find us at Caversham, Wallingford and Woodley Market, and other independent stockists in surrounding towns and villages.

If you are curious to see what we do, and want to stay in the loop for up and coming markets, please look us up on Instagram and Facebook – honeysofhenley. Support Local!

Philip Booth Esq

Over the years, I have observed a market-wide decline in personal service provided to both vendors and buyers by estate agents. The sale of property has become too mercenary; the drive for market share is too prevalent and personal service has been lost. My clients have told me that they have valued the personal attention and professional advice that I have given them, during such a complex and often stressful process.

In my view, your estate agent should be a trusted adviser, in the same way you have a relationship with your Lawyer, Dentist, Doctor or Accountant. Your estate agent should help you obtain the best value for your property, facilitate the purchase of your next family home and mitigate the risk for you when undertaking a large investment. Why would you trust that to someone with whom you don’t have a relationship?

Simon Mack Architecture

Simon Mack Architecture is based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, specialising in contemporary residential architecture. We are committed to excellence in our design and a personalised customer service tailored to our client’s needs, working mainly in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire as well as Hampshire and the London area. All architects in the UK are required to be registered with the ARB, and it is useful to note that only a professional architect will bring all of the skills and benefits as follows:
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Registered and regulated by the ARB
  • Professionally qualified in architecture
  • Planning and technical design knowledge
  • Trained to administer construction contracts
  • Annually assessed continual professional development
In addition to the above, Simon Mack Architecture is a RIBA Chartered Practice meaning that we achieve the gold standard in professionalism, design and quality assurance. Only architectural practices that meet a strict eligibility criterion can register as a RIBA Chartered Practice. All RIBA accredited Chartered Practices:
  • employ a required number of individual RIBA Chartered Architects
  • have appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • have an effective Quality Management system
  • have comprehensive Health and Safety and Environmental policies in place
  • are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with a Code of Practice in a manner appropriate to their status.
That’s why the Royal Institute of British Architects only promotes accredited Chartered Practices to clients. Simon has studied and worked in London for over twenty years with extensive experience in residential work from speculative developments, small extensions to luxury properties, including working for a prestigious Kensington based design practice; addressing both the architecture and interior elements as intrinsically linked parts of a project.

The Space Maker

The Space Maker founder, Helena McBride has been helping clients for over seven years, creating space in their lives through the process of organising and decluttering their possessions. From clearing out the pantry to implementing a filing system for paperwork or from cellar to attic, no job is too large or too small. Helena has helped young and old through house moves, downsizing, divorce, relocation, expecting a new arrival, empty nesting or just having a good old clear out.

In a logical, practical and imaginative way, she helps retrieve the space the has been consumed by ‘stuff’ and address the obstacles and barriers that prevent customers achieving their ‘happy place’. With compassion, understanding and empathy she can help clients through the emotional challenges of ‘letting go’ enabling them to move on, no longer being overwhelmed with belongings.

Tennis Court Supplies

At Tennis Court Supplies we offer a full range of high-quality tennis court equipment to sport retailers, court installers and tennis federations. The Lawn Tennis Association and Tennis Australia are regular customers. However, no order is too small for us as we also sell direct to tennis clubs and private court owners.

Originally the distributor of best-selling Match Pointer tennis scoreboards, we have now grown to become a specialist supplier of clay court maintenance equipment. We work with one of Europe’s largest manufacturers for tennis equipment, LOB Sport in Germany. We stock tennis nets and posts, court furniture, windscreens and more, even grandstands.

We recently moved to Henley-on-Thames, and we are looking forward to working more closely with local tennis venues and court owners.

We are happy to discuss product discount offers for HBP members.
